SMS Communications

These Terms of Service apply to SMS communications sent by Fulgoran Systems. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to AI receptionist services, appointment scheduling, and promotional communications.

1. SMS Program Description

Fulgoran Systems operates an SMS messaging program to help local service businesses communicate with prospective and current clients. Messages include appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Fulgoran Systems by submitting your phone number and checking the consent checkbox(es) on our website at fulgoran.com. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number. To opt back in, you may sign up again at fulgoran.com.

4. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at ty@fulgoran.com.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your opted-in preferences and your interaction with Fulgoran Systems.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Cricket Wireless.

8. No Guarantee of Delivery

Fulgoran Systems does not guarantee the delivery of any SMS message. Delivery depends on the recipient's wireless carrier and network conditions.

Service Description

Fulgoran Systems provides AI-powered communication and workflow automation services for local service businesses. These services include:

• AI voice receptionist for answering calls and booking appointments
• SMS messaging including appointment reminders, missed-call text-backs, and service follow-ups
• A demo phone line answered by an automated AI assistant

Demo Line & AI Disclosure

By calling our demo line, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated AI system and consent to the call being recorded for quality and demonstration purposes. Fulgoran Systems may follow up with you by phone or text message regarding our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt our services or infrastructure
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass SMS consent requirements or opt-out mechanisms
• Use our services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fulgoran Systems and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Fulgoran Systems is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Fulgoran Systems reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
